Those bookbox things look cool. I joined bookcrossing, but then didn't do anything with it.
I really enjoy bookboxes. It's a little like Christmas when I get a box full of books in the mail. Here's the forum where you can sign up for boxes/rings/rays. You would probably want to register a few books before you sign up for a box so people can tell that you have books to contribute to the boxes. (Unfortunately, there are people who take advantage of boxes by getting them in the mail and then never adding books of their own and sending them back out so people are wary.)
